About the Role:
Join a dynamic Business Improvement team to lead and support a range of exciting national projects. This role involves managing high-profile initiatives, including heritage-focused work, and collaborating with diverse teams—from architects and surveyors to marketing and digital specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects from planning to completion.
- Support project teams across departments with expert advice and tools.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure effective communication.
- Represent project interests in meetings and working groups.
- Evaluate project outcomes and share lessons learned.
- Mentor colleagues and promote best practices in project management.
