Morgan McKinley are working with our Swindon based client looking for a Credit Controller to join their business.

Responsibilities for this Credit controller position include:

  • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely payments are received.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Handle queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and send regular statements and reminders to clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve account issues.
  • Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow to the finance team.

The ideal credit controller experience will include:

  • Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounting and finance role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
