Customer Service Administrator
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
£25k pa/nnum

Key responsibilities:
- Building a rapport with customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately
- Placing orders and building working relationships with suppliers
- Liaising with internal production, warehouse and transport regarding the manufacture and delivery of orders
- Prioritising workloads with attention to detail and multitasking
They are looking for someone that possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- The ability to follow correct procedures and processes
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management/ability to prioritise workload
- Office 365 experience (outlook, word, excel)
Holiday allowance is 23 days plus bank holidays.
