Join our clients growing team as a Customer Support Advisor and play a pivotal role in providing top-notch support to our partners and customers. This position offers a blend of administrative duties and telephone support, ideal for those who excel in multitasking and customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Manage approximately 5-8 calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle assigned tickets daily, ensuring all customer issues are resolved successfully.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the support team.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer service delivery.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a support or administrative role.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
