Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage approximately 5-8 calls per day, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle assigned tickets daily, ensuring all customer issues are resolved successfully.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the support team.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and enhance customer service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a support or administrative role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
