The Ideal Candidate
- The successful candidate will be an experienced Home Manager with private care market experience, a solid track record of managing medium - large care homes and delivering strong quality ratings.
- You must be commercially astute, emotionally intelligent, and skilled in building high-performing cultures.

Salary
- c90,000 + quarterly paid bonus (OTE 105kpa)
