Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Swindon - Sales
Location: House Milford Wing, 1 Gloucester St, Station Square, Swindon SN1 1GW
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday and permanent
What is the role?
Reed in Swindon are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of established recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.
You will be taking on a new recruitment 'desk' focusing on permanent placements within the sales sector. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow your client and candidate base across the South West. You will be joining a high performing team of long-term recruiters within Reed.

Who would suit this role?
We are ideally looking for experienced agency recruiters with experience of working on a 360 recruitment desk. Alternatively, we would be open to speaking with anyone from a proven sales or client facing background.
