As an Executive Assistant you will be reporting into the advisers to provide administrative and consultative support to enable a consistent smooth-running operation and allow the firm to focus on arising business opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a reception or administration role and is looking for a great opportunity to advance your career.

The Executive Assistance role will have the following responsibilities:
- Completion of detailed meeting notes and updating the CRM system
- Calendar and scheduling management of meetings
- Administrative duties e.g., filing, typing, managing files, responsibility of phone calls
- Due diligence and case submission
- Provide support to the advisor with assistance to queries and emails
- Follow up cases with clients and build strong relationships
- Continuously be willing to learn and increase knowledge
- Ensure client emails are responded to within 48 hours and return client phone calls within 24 hours
The ideal candidate for this role would have the following:
- Ability to work in a team and transpose information
- Understand the importance of client confidentiality
- Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures
- Ethical, professional and flexible approach to work
- Great communication, interpersonal, listening and IT skills
- Self-motivated with time management skills
- Highly organised in maintaining client records, technical and compliance requirements
- Full Driving licence and own vehicle
