- Support the budgeting and formal forecast cycles, including rolling forecast and IBP (long-term business plan).
- Creating high-quality reports, analysis and commentary on performance to assist decision making.
- Own and manage wider relationships to understand and communicate drivers of month-end performance and forward-looking view to support the achievement of targets.
- Â Understanding the P&L and balance sheet position and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
- Provide inputs into key finance initiatives and support with ad-hoc queries.
- Regularly influencing and presenting to senior finance management, key findings from financial analysis.
- Work closely with wider finance teams to ensure clarity of performance drivers and all requirements for forecast and budget met.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- The ability to liaise at all levels of the business with ease with strong written and verbal communications skills, as maintaining and building working relationships with key stakeholders is critical in this position
- Previous experience in budget and cost control
- Strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong attention to detail

- On-hand experience in using the organisations key financial systems (SAP & HFM) is preferable.
- Competitive salary from £60,000 to £68,000 per annum
