I am exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing UK business. This newly created role offers a great mix of team leadership, hands-on operational finance, and real scope to drive process improvements. You’ll be working closely with a supportive, tenured motivated Financial Controller who supports career development.

About the Job:

Leading a small, friendly, tenured transactional finance team
Supporting the team with coaching and complex queries
Reviewing and improving AP/AR processes
Approving invoices, expenses, and card claims
Month-end duties: accruals, prepayments, journals
Balance sheet reconciliations and reporting support
Supporting budgeting and ad hoc projects
Liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and auditors

About You:

Experience leading or supervising a finance team
Strong AP, AR, and general ledger knowledge
