I am exclusively recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing UK business. This newly created role offers a great mix of team leadership, hands-on operational finance, and real scope to drive process improvements. You’ll be working closely with a supportive, tenured motivated Financial Controller who supports career development.

About the Job:

  • Leading a small, friendly, tenured transactional finance team
  • Supporting the team with coaching and complex queries
  • Reviewing and improving AP/AR processes
  • Approving invoices, expenses, and card claims
  • Month-end duties: accruals, prepayments, journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and reporting support
  • Supporting budgeting and ad hoc projects
  • Liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and auditors
