Our well-established client is looking for an enthusiastic, motived Workshop Technician to join their growing team!
Workshop Fitter Fabricator MachinistRole and Responsibilities:
- Carry out welding and production duties
- TIG welding on stainless steel and other materials
- Milling and Turning duties on manual machines and some CNC
- Modifying, fitting, and setting parts and components
- Operating a range of hand and power tool, including drills, grinders, saws etc.
- Sheet metal work and fabrication
- Reading and working from engineering drawings (3rd angle, 2D, Solid Model) to create components to tight tolerances and specification
- Pressure testing of equipment (Can be trained)
The Ideal Workshop Fitter Fabricator MachinistWill:
- Have experience with TIG Welding, working with Stainless Steel
- Proficient at reading and working from engineering drawings
- Experience with machining and fabrication
- Apprentice Trained within fabrication and machining
Core Working Hours and Details:
- Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
- Friday 08:30 - 16:00
- Flexible working hours
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
