About the Role:

Youll be part of a friendly, reliable team responsible for cleaning newly built homes across Swindon. These are post-construction cleans, meaning youll be getting the homes ready for handover once the trades have finished their work.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Cleaning and wiping down rooms after construction work is completed
• Preparing new-build homes for final inspection and move-in
• Using cleaning equipment and materials provided by the company
• Travelling to different housing developments around the Swindon area

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience on construction sites or in a labouring/cleaning role
• In dateCSCS Card
• Full UKdrivers licenceand access to your ownvehicle
• Positive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail
• Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team

Job Details:

• £15 per hour (CIS)
• Permanent contract
• MondayFriday,07:3015:30(extra hours often available)
• Petrol costs coveredby the client
• AllPPE and cleaning equipment provided
• Friendly, supportive work environment
