M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation based in Swindon. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on night shifts and is looking to secure a long-term role with consistent hours and responsibilities.
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Sunday to Thursday)
Pay Rate: £14.42
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move goods

Banding and wrapping products in preparation for delivery

Picking and handling large sheet materials

Performing general warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting

Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with health and safety standards

Keeping the working area clean, organised, and hazard-free
Requirements:

Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment

Comfortable with manual handling and working in a physically demanding role

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
