Plumber / Multi Trader Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist off, voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs

Due to the high demand and expanse off the company we are looking for an expereinced Plumber Multi

Duties & requirements Plumber Multi Trade: 

• Experience and proven track record as plumber as main trad
• Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating etc
• We also hold time served trade experience in high regard so if you have this please do still apply.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.

Qualifications & experience required for Plumber Multi Trade:

• Social housing background preferred but not essential
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
• Ability to work as part of team.
• Full clean driving licence

We can offer PAYE or Self-employed, salary’s will be discussed upon application Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers

• Monday – Friday, 08am – 16:30pm
