Alternative Provision Operational Lead
Location: Civic Campus, Euclid Street, SN1 2JG
Start Date: ASAP                                               
Contract Duration: 4+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 50.04 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of various projects for families, children, and young people.

  • Ensure these projects achieve positive results for Swindon residents.

  • Make sure services offer excellent value for money.

  • Align projects with local needs and national policy changes from the DfE SEND and Alternative Provision Change Programme.

Person Specifications
Must Have

  • Experience in managing and delivering projects.

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Ability to ensure projects meet local and national standards.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DfE SEND and Alternative Provision policies.

  • Experience in working with families, children, and young people.
