Job Responsibilities

Lead the creation and implementation of various projects for families, children, and young people.

Ensure these projects achieve positive results for Swindon residents.

Make sure services offer excellent value for money.

Align projects with local needs and national policy changes from the DfE SEND and Alternative Provision Change Programme.
Person Specifications
Must Have
-
Experience in managing and delivering projects.

Strong leadership skills.

Ability to ensure projects meet local and national standards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with DfE SEND and Alternative Provision policies.

Experience in working with families, children, and young people.
