TheAuditandAccountsSeniordutieswillbe:

  • Managementanddeliveryofaudit/accountsassignmentsforCharityandNot-For-Profitsector,LimitedCompanies(includinggroups),SoleTradersandPartnershipsfrombothbalancedsystemsincludingcloud-basedsoftwareandincompleterecords
  • Preparingdraftcorporationtaxandbusinesstaxcomputationsincludingsupportinganalysis
  • Planningauditassignments,includingbudgetinganduseofanalyticalreview
  • Takingtheleadandassistingonauditassignments
  • Supervising,delegatingandreviewingauditworkofjuniors
  • Deliveringinformationandcommunicatewithclientsinatimelyandeffectivemanner
  • AssistingtheManagerandPartnersonad-hocprojectwork

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCAqualified/part-qualifiedwithatleast3yearsofpracticeexperience(qualificationbyexperiencewillbeconsidered)
  • ExperienceinthecharityandNot-for-Profitsectororadesiretolearnandbecomeinvolvedinthissector

TheAuditandAccountsSeniorwillhavethefollowingattributesandskills:

  • Abilitytomultitaskandprioritiseanumberofjobs,whilstdemonstratingexcellenttimemanagementskillstoensurealldeadlinesandexpectationsaremet
  • Ideally,experienceleadingand/orassistingonauditsincluding;planning,preparationandcompletion(trainingwillalsobeprovided)
  • DisplaystrongtechnicalknowledgeofFinancialReportingStandardsandInternationalStandardsforAuditing
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
  • Stronganalyticalskillswithgoodattentiontodetail
