From a simple, well-designed hammock to a kitchen, furniture and homeware brand, this is the story of Neptune. Creating homes with heart, every design tells a story, every space is a reflection of who we are, and we believe in inspiring our customers with content that's lovingly created and carefully curated, bringing our brand to life.

We're now looking for a Junior PR & Influencer Executive to join our passionate brand team. In this newly created role, you'll work closely with our PR & Partnerships Lead you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Neptune's presence in the interiors world - building relationships, amplifying our brand voice, and ensuring our designs are seen and shared in all the right places.

Day-to-day you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting with the day-to-day operations of our press office, handling media enquiries, image loans, commentary requests, and maintaining accurate press and influencer databases.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of PR campaigns and brand initiatives, including product launches, seasonal moments, and editorial features.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and brand ambassadors, ensuring all collaborations feel authentic and aligned with our brand values.
  • Coordinating and executing influencer gifting, product seeding, and events, from guest list management to on-the-day support and post-event follow-ups.
  • Crafting compelling press materials and influencer briefs that reflect Neptune's tone and aesthetic, helping our story shine across print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Tracking and reporting on media coverage and influencer activity, creating insightful monthly reports and collaborating closely with wider teams to align messaging across all channels.

You'll be someone who has already dipped their toes in PR or influencer marketing (ideally 1-3 years in), and familiar with PR tools and media databases. Highly organised and a natural communicator, you'll also have a true passion for homes, interiors, and design. We're looking for someone who is a thoughtful storyteller, who knows how to capture a brand's voice, be naturally curious, proactive, and full of creative ideas. You'll also be adept at building authentic connections with a calm and considered approach in what can be a fast-moving environment. At Neptune, we don't just create furniture-we craft homes, memories, and stories. Join a brand where creativity thrives, where your ideas are valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to shape the voice of one of the most respected names in interiors.
