About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic recruitment team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support the recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a keen eye for identifying high-potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, databases, social media, and networking.

  • Write and post engaging job advertisements tailored to attract suitable candidates.

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for roles.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Support Recruitment Consultants with scheduling interviews, obtaining references, and managing candidate communications.

  • Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS/CRM) ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Conduct market research to support sourcing strategies and keep up-to-date with hiring trends.

  • Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative support role is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases).

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
