A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work in dynamic team in a varied and hands-on role. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys supporting different teams. You will provide crucial administrative and coordination support to both the Sales and Marketing departments, engaging in a wide range of activities from campaigns to customer management.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Campaign Support: Assist with creating, implementing, and reporting on sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Write and schedule social media posts, primarily on LinkedIn, but also on Facebook and other platforms.
  • Sales Administration: Manage customer paperwork, including processing orders, upgrades, and maintaining customer records.
  • Database Maintenance: Ensure all customer and contact information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Diary Management: Support the sales team with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and reminders for trade shows and product demos.
  • Research & Targeting: Identify new contacts and companies to support outreach efforts.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform day-to-day tasks to keep the team organised and informed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative, sales support, or marketing support role.
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Confident in using various systems and able to pick up new tools swiftly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised.
