Who will you be joining?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting their sales department by ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to overall sales success.

Why would you be a good fit?

This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaise with customers by phone and email to handle enquiries and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Monitor and manage lead times and supplier ETAs to support sales activity.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Flag stock discrepancies or customer order issues to the appropriate departments.

Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. You should be confident using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and basic data entry tasks, and comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or order processing systems. We're looking for someone who is confident and professional in handling both telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with a proactive and team-focused approach to problem-solving and customer service, is essential.
