Your new role
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery skills and a background in Operational Technology (OT) and Cybersecurity. This role sits within a major energy sector programme, supporting product managers, shaping delivery processes, and ensuring teams stay aligned, prioritised, and productive.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams
- Support product managers in defining processes, shaping product pipelines, and capturing demand
- Run workshops, planning sessions, and prioritisation activities
- Help teams structure and manage their workload effectively
- Ensure delivery practices align with OT and Cybersecurity requirements
- Promote transparency, flow, and collaboration across the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and Kanban environments
- Background in OT and Cybersecurity
- Experience working within the energy sector (highly desirable)
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to support product managers with process definition and pipeline creation
- Strong JIRA expertise for workflow, reporting, and backlog management
