WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER (NIGHT SHIFT)
Hours: Nights - Monday to Thursday (22.00PM - 06.00AM)
Annual Salary £27,000 PLUS SHIFT ALLOWANCE £5,500 PA

Day to Day Duties:
- Supervise, support, and coordinate the warehouse team during night operations
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure team compliance
- Oversee stock movement, order picking, packing, and loading
- Report any issues or incidents and ensure timely escalation
- Complete shift handovers and ensure accurate records are kept
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role (night shift preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Good knowledge of warehouse health & safety protocols
Desirable Experience:
- Counterbalance forklift licence – highly beneficial
What training is provided?
- Training is provided and ongoing support throughout
