Responsibilities
- Perform general gardening maintenance tasks.
- Operate pedestrian and ride-on mowing equipment.
- Engage in manual handling activities including lifting, bending, and stretching.
- Work collaboratively with the existing gardening team.
- Maintain various environments such as sheltered housing schemes and gateway verges.
- Ensure all sites are left in a clean and presentable condition.
- Ability to take pride in one's work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
