We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with a strong background in the government/public sector for a 6-month contract. This role offers a competitive £400 per day (Inside IR35) and requires one day onsite per week in Wiltshire.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements related to Workday functionalities, driving process improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless Workday integration and workflow automation.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing Workday support, troubleshooting system issues and enhancing user adoption.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Business Analyst, ideally within the government/public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting.
  • Expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and process automation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
  • Ability to work on-site once a week in Wiltshire, alongside remote collaboration.
