- Workday Business Analyst - Government/Public Sector - Contract (Inside IR35) - £400 per day
We are seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with a strong background in the government/public sector for a 6-month contract. This role offers a competitive £400 per day (Inside IR35) and requires one day onsite per week in Wiltshire.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to Workday functionalities, driving process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless Workday integration and workflow automation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
- Provide ongoing Workday support, troubleshooting system issues and enhancing user adoption.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Workday Business Analyst, ideally within the government/public sector.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Reporting.
- Expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and process automation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
- Ability to work on-site once a week in Wiltshire, alongside remote collaboration.
