Overview

ProForce Personnel Ltd is currently supporting its client with recruiting a VNA Driver (Very Narrow Aisle) to join their busy and dynamic warehouse team.

This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented individual with previous VNA driving experience who is looking to work with a well established operator known for its high standards, operational efficiency, and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a VNA truck safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols
• Accurately move and retrieve stock from very narrow aisle racking
• Prepare and label orders for dispatch according to operational requirements
• Assist with replenishment and stock movement as required
• Perform regular safety checks on VNA equipment and report any issues
• Work as part of the warehouse team to ensure service levels are met
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and warehouse cleanliness

Candidate Requirements

• Valid and up-to-date VNA certification or equivalent proof of competency
• Previous experience operating VNA trucks in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to shift demands and changing priorities

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Previous experience with order picking or stock handling in a high volume logistics environment
