What You'll Be Doing:
* Deliver high-quality Design and Technology lessons across the full age and ability range
* Teach GCSE Design Technology with confidence and creativity
* Contribute to curriculum planning and development at Key Stage 4
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective teaching strategies and student engagement
* Support the department in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring high standards and outcomes
* Engage in professional development and contribute to continual improvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive innovation
