Great opportunity to work as a FLT Driver/Warehouse Administrator for our client's leading logistics group operating within the UK transport, warehouse, and fulfilment sector.

Staffline is recruiting FLT Drivers/Warehouse Administrators in Swindon.

The rate of pay is £30,000 per annum.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 5pm

Your Time at Work

As a FLT Driver/Warehouse Administrator, your duties include:

- Completing general administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world-class service
- Maintaining the warehouse stock system by accurately inputting the required data, in addition to checking and reconciling data where appropriate, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy
- Preparing and cross-checking all documentation relating to the movement of goods in order to meet customer service levels
- Communicating with the warehouse/customers to ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance of stock control
- Answering and directing queries promptly and in a professional manner, providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered
- Maintaining a relevant and structured filing system to establish an organised department
- Working in a safe and tidy manner, complying with all health and safety regulations to ensure both yourself and the Company are compliant.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the below skills:

- FLT licence - this is a must
- Working knowledge of basic administration principles
- Warehouse industry and stock management systems - desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- General administration tasks, preferably in the haulage industry
- Supporting a department with general administration tasks
- Working with stock management systems - desirable
