A long-standing law firm with a strong reputation for both private and commercial legal services is looking to expand its Family Law team in central Swindon.
About the role:
An opportunity has opened for a Family Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE to join its expanding department. You’ll handle a broad caseload of privately funded family work including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements (including high net worth cases)
- Cohabitation and civil partnership matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Child arrangements and parenting issues
- Mediation and dispute resolution
What experience is required?
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in family law
- Strong background in private family matters
- Ideally, Resolution membership
- A client-focused mindset with empathy and attention to detail
- Interest in business development and marketing initiatives
