The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join the firm’s busy and growing family law department. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of family matters including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial settlements
  • Child arrangements and parental disputes
  • Domestic abuse and injunctions
  • Cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements

You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload, provide empathetic and clear legal advice, and contribute to the department’s growth through client care and business development.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with solid experience in family law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A sensitive and professional approach to client matters
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with advocacy is desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency
