Service care solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Swindon. They are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.This is a 4-6 month contract with potential to extend.This role is on a remote basis with once a month office attendance.This role pays a competitive rate of:Umbrella – £50-£60ph depending on experiencePAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £52.76 depending on experienceResponsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:
  • Able to negotiate and draft planning and highways agreements
  • Attending and advising planning committees (once a month)
  • Able to handle high caseload in Planning Law from start to completion.
About you as a Planning Solicitor:
  • Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
  • Knowledge and experience of planning law
  • Experience of Section 106 Agreements
