As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:
- Manage sales and purchases of high-value residential properties.
- Provide legal guidance on buy-to-let investments and property portfolios
- Assist clients with shared ownership schemes and related legalities
- Support and develop junior team members
What experience is needed:
- Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive ideally with at least 8 PQE
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload independently
- Business development and marketing is essential for this role
- Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to departmental growth
