The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join the firm’s busy and well-established conveyancing team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
You’ll be expected to deliver a high standard of client service, work efficiently to meet deadlines, and contribute to the continued success of the department.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with solid experience in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- A proactive and organised approach to work
- Familiarity with case management systems and general IT proficiency
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOELocation: SwindonWorking Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility available
