Position: Immediate openings in Primary, Secondary Schools and Tuition Centres

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Mentor for Children and Young People with Additional Needs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the educational and personal development of pupils who require extra assistance due to various learning challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised academic support tailored to the specific needs of each pupil.

• Assist pupils in understanding concepts, completing assignments, and developing effective study skills.

• Offer emotional support, creating a safe space for pupils to express themselves and build confidence.

• Set achievable goals and milestones, tracking progress and celebrating successes.

• Advocate for the rights and needs of pupils with additional needs within the educational system.

• Liaise with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support.

• Empower pupils to become more independent learners and develop essential life skills.

• Salary: 85 - 100 per day

• Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time contracts available
