Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Paralegal Or Solicitor to join their clients specialist legal team, where you’ll support fee earners on a range of agricultural and commercial property transactions.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and dynamic firm, working on matters such as sales, purchases, leases, and renewable energy schemes.

Key Responsibilities for the Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor

  • Assisting fee earners with agricultural and commercial property matters, including transactions and renewable energy schemes.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting a variety of legal documents including contracts, transfers, and lease agreements.
  • Preparing Land Registry applications and managing all post-completion formalities.
  • Carrying out property searches, analysing results, and preparing reports to support fee earners and clients.
  • Managing professional and timely client correspondence.
  • Organising and maintaining accurate client files and records.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.

Requirements for the Commercial Property Paralegal or Solicitor

  • Previous experience in a similar property paralegal role is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and/or agricultural property law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
