Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
Maintain a focused and respectful classroom environment through effective behaviour management.
Act as a positive role model and develop constructive working relationships with students and colleagues.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans during teacher absences.
Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate Will Have:
Experience working in schools or with young people in another capacity.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
A degree in any subject area.
