Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, night shift
As the Assistant Operations Manager (Nights), you will oversee the smooth running of the night shift, supporting the Night Shift Manager. Your key responsibilities will include determining staffing levels, assigning workloads, and communicating job expectations to ensure a motivated and efficient team. You will also play a pivotal role in collaborating with other departments to solve problems, coaching team members, and identifying areas for improvement, whilst also engaging in stock takes and occasionally assisting with picking and loading multi-part orders.
Assistant Operations Manager (Nights) Requirements:
- At least 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate operations effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Valid counterbalance FLT certificate of competence
