Mechanical Design Engineer

Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in Solidworks. Working for a market leading manufacturer in next generation techonology. 

The company is well established and are a leading manufacturerer who work in a variety of sectors all over the globe. Due to their continued expansion, they are now looking to add to their design engineering team.

In this role you will be working as part of an established team where you will be working on cradle to grave mechanical design of their components and products. 

The Role:

• Helping lead the development of new and existing products
• Using CAD software for designs (Solidworks)
• Carrying out mechanical design processes (FEA, GD&T, Design for Manufacture etc.) 
• Supporting the production of prototypes produced using injection moulding, CNC's & 3D Printing
• 40 Hour Working Week – Monday to Friday

The Person:

• Proficient in Solidworks 
• Experience of cradle to grave Mechanical Design of a product
