Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the servicing, maintenance, and performance testing of air extraction systems.
- Attending on site visits at customer premises across the UK.
- Completing job documentation, service reports, and system assessments accurately.
- Maintaining stock and tools in your company vehicle.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations both on-site and at customer locations.
- Collaborating with Service Coordinators to manage service schedules.
- Reporting repair needs, sales opportunities, and customer feedback
- Travel and occasional overnight stays will be required. A company vehicle will be provided.
Skills & Experience:
- Mechanically inclined or from a practical, hands-on background.
- A clear communicator, both written and verbal.
- Professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and willing to travel for site-based work.
- Committed to learning and personal development.
