Your role will involve supervising lessons, maintaining high behaviour standards, and supporting student learning during the absence of the regular teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment.
- Supervise assigned tasks set by the subject teacher.
- Act as a positive role model and build productive relationships with students.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and ensuring the health and safety of students.
Ideal Graduate Cover Supervisor Candidate:
- Previous experience in a school setting.
