English Graduate Cover Supervisor Key Responsibilities
- Manage behaviour in the classroom ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
- Supervise pre set work by the subject teacher
- Be a positive influence on students and ensure the high standards of the school are maintained
- Commitment to safeguarding and the health and safety of students
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and friendly approach
- Ability to remain calm and manage behaviour
- Experience working with children
