Robert Half are pleased to be working in partnership with a growing SME to recruit an administrator on a part time basis. The role will be based on site 5 days a week and is a permanent position, suiting someone seeking a role with school hours.

The role

This role will be based on site 5 days a week Monday - Friday with school hours being accommodated. You will be working in a small team and must have a can do attitude and be a team player.The Administrator will report into the Head of Finance and will support with HR administration including:

  • Scanning and inputting documents.
  • Data entry.
  • General filing.
  • Contacting branches by phone and email for documents.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Ordering uniform.
  • Managing payroll time sheets.

Benefits:

  • Package: £25,000-£28,000 FTE.
  • Hours: part time flexible around school hours (8-2,9-2,10-4). Please note the full-time working week is 37.5 (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break).
  • Annual leave: 20 days + bank holidays (the business can accommodate 5 days in 4 during school holidays to support with managing childcare/time off).
  • Parking on site.
  • Pension: auto enrolment.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years office based admin experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, outlook and excel).
  • Friendly, personable and able to work well in a small team.
