We are looking for a Project Manager with several years of experience in the area of mobile 5G networks to join the Digital Site Services team, which is responsible for providing and operating a secure and robust digital infrastructure consisting of fixed and mobile networks (5G and wifi) and datacentres to support the entire site operations. Currently we are in the phase of planning and deploying the different parts of the networks and the digital infrastructure, and the Project Manager will be a key member to lead and support these activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee clear project roadmaps, timelines, and manage priorities towards that roadmap
  2. Coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and manage expectations and maintain transparent communication with external- and internal stakeholders and teams.
  4. Coordinate timeplans and facilitate activities with external suppliers, being the single point of contact between different vendors and different internal areas
  5. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
  6. Set up and lead different cross-functional project groups for specific projects which includes:Responsibility for the deliveries of the project group.
  7. Ensure that the right resources are available in the project group to execute on the defined plan.
  8. Ensure productivity in the project group by fostering team dynamics and efficient ways of working throughout the project lifecycle.
    Inspire a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our solutions evolve to meet future needs.
Qualifications required
  1. Relevant experience in Project Management within Telecoms, preferably in radio access networks deployments, working with operational excellence and process improvement.
  2. Technical expertise on mobile networks radio access, core network, mobile devices and communication services will be highly valued.
  3. Experience with large deployment projects, with demonstrated ability to balance complex timelines and changing priorities.
  4. A degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
  5. We value a proactive and organized approach and the ability to adapt to the dynamic challenges of IT projects in industrial environments.
  6. Good experience with reporting project progress and documentation.
  7. A natural ability to engage and motivate diverse teams, building trust and commitment around shared goals.
  8. Excellent communication skills are necessary to manage cross-functional teams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
