The Role

An exciting opportunity for a Knowledge Transfer Manager with expertise in critical materials (e.g. chemical engineering, sustainable processing, supply chains). You'll support innovation across the sector, connecting industry, government, and research to drive sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Innovation Exchange process from challenge scoping to solution provider pitching.
  • Deliver workshops, events, and the Innovation Café Series.
  • Engage directly with innovators to support funding and partnerships.
  • Capture outcomes and success stories, representing the programme at events.

About You

  • Technical background in critical materials or related disciplines.
  • Experience in the chemicals industry or supply chain.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build networks across government, research, and industry.
