We are looking for a motivated Plant Supervisor to join a global manufacturing company in the UK at their Brand new Manufacturing site! You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. The position will appeal to a strong candidate looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description

  • Responsibility for your own Health and Safety and any visitors or contractors to site.
  • Promote and comply with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Accurate production of DSM products.
  • Ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Complete weekly and monthly stock checks.
  • Control drivers, visitors and contractors coming onto site, projecting a professional image and ensuring that site rules are complied with at all times.
  • Report defects.
  • Work with management and contractors to control and organise plant maintenance as required.
  • General housekeeping and site improvements.
  • Adhere to environmental policies and procedures (14001) and keeping records up to date. Servicing and the refurbishment of silos

Skills and Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Plant Tickets - Advantegous
