Quality Technician
Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour

Thrive Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Technician to join our client on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct measurements and quality tests to ensure product compliance
  • Support incoming goods inspection and final inspection using microscopes and measuring tools
  • Assist with manufacturing processes related to Aegina build
  • Identify and control non-conforming products and materials
  • Ensure full traceability of all manufactured and tested parts
  • Comply with all company procedures and Health & Safety policies
  • Effectively communicate quality findings and make improvement recommendations
  • Report non-conformities and assist with root cause analysis
  • Provide support to the Quality Department in line with ISO9001 standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a quality or inspection role is desirable
  • Comfortable using measurement tools and microscopes
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
  • A team player with a proactive attitude
