Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 7:00am - 5:30pm, Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm

Thrive Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Quality Technician to join our client on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct measurements and quality tests to ensure product compliance
- Support incoming goods inspection and final inspection using microscopes and measuring tools
- Assist with manufacturing processes related to Aegina build
- Identify and control non-conforming products and materials
- Ensure full traceability of all manufactured and tested parts
- Comply with all company procedures and Health & Safety policies
- Effectively communicate quality findings and make improvement recommendations
- Report non-conformities and assist with root cause analysis
- Provide support to the Quality Department in line with ISO9001 standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a quality or inspection role is desirable
- Comfortable using measurement tools and microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
- A team player with a proactive attitude
