KeyResponsibilities:
QualityAssurance:
- Inspectandqualityassuredevicesandchargers.
- Verifyfaultdescriptions,serialnumbers,andwarrantycoverage.
- Identifyandaddressfunctionaldamagesorfaults,distinguishingbetweencosmeticandrepairableissues.
- Collaboratewithengineerstoensurerepairsarecompleteandaccurate.
- Updaterepairstatusesandcommunicatewithmanagers.
- Prioritizeandensurehigh-standardrepairs,coordinatingwithdispatch.
WarrantyManagement:
- Submitandmanagewarrantyandout-of-warrantyOEMtickets.
- Qualityassurerepairsandquotes.
- Verifywarrantyeligibilityfordevices.
- Bookinwarrantyandout-of-warrantyrepairsforvariousbrands(Lenovo,Acer,Dell,HP,Stone/Converge).
- Respondtowarrantyemailstofacilitatecollectionsoron-siterepairs.
- CoordinatewithGoodsInforSWAP-ITDPDcratecollections.
- PrintshippinglabelsforIWandOOWshipments,packdevices,andmanagetrackers.
- Updateshipmentstatusesandchaserepairsexceeding1Odays.
- Unpackreceiveddevices,pairwithaccessories,qualityassure,andreportissuestomanufacturers.
- Quoteout-of-warrantyrepairsandmanageinvoices.
OtherTasks:
- ConductstocktakesofLenovoparts.
- Occasionallycontactcustomersforfurtherrepairdetails.
- Assistinbookingindevicesanddiagnosingrepairissues.
- Supportcolleagueswithrepaircomplications.
Qualifications:
- Experienceinqualityassuranceandwarrantymanagementdesirablebutnotessential.
- Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solvingskills.
- Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalabilities.
- Abilitytoworkcollaborativelyinafast-pacedenvironment.
