KeyResponsibilities:

QualityAssurance:

  • Inspectandqualityassuredevicesandchargers.
  • Verifyfaultdescriptions,serialnumbers,andwarrantycoverage.
  • Identifyandaddressfunctionaldamagesorfaults,distinguishingbetweencosmeticandrepairableissues.
  • Collaboratewithengineerstoensurerepairsarecompleteandaccurate.
  • Updaterepairstatusesandcommunicatewithmanagers.
  • Prioritizeandensurehigh-standardrepairs,coordinatingwithdispatch.

WarrantyManagement:

  • Submitandmanagewarrantyandout-of-warrantyOEMtickets.
  • Qualityassurerepairsandquotes.
  • Verifywarrantyeligibilityfordevices.
  • Bookinwarrantyandout-of-warrantyrepairsforvariousbrands(Lenovo,Acer,Dell,HP,Stone/Converge).
  • Respondtowarrantyemailstofacilitatecollectionsoron-siterepairs.
  • CoordinatewithGoodsInforSWAP-ITDPDcratecollections.
  • PrintshippinglabelsforIWandOOWshipments,packdevices,andmanagetrackers.
  • Updateshipmentstatusesandchaserepairsexceeding1Odays.
  • Unpackreceiveddevices,pairwithaccessories,qualityassure,andreportissuestomanufacturers.
  • Quoteout-of-warrantyrepairsandmanageinvoices.

OtherTasks:

  • ConductstocktakesofLenovoparts.
  • Occasionallycontactcustomersforfurtherrepairdetails.
  • Assistinbookingindevicesanddiagnosingrepairissues.
  • Supportcolleagueswithrepaircomplications.

Qualifications:

  • Experienceinqualityassuranceandwarrantymanagementdesirablebutnotessential.
  • Strongattentiontodetailandproblem-solvingskills.
