My client are a well-establishedmain contractor who are looking for a permanent senior quantity surveyor to join their commercialteam. This role will be working on their Network Rail CP7 works which will run through to 2029.

These roles involve the commercial management of a portfolio of projects with an estimated annual value of 10 million. This framework includes maintenance and renewals of canopies, buildings, depots, platform structures, car parks, and subways.

You will ideally come from a rail background and have experience in NEC forms of contract. The role will require 2 days from their offices and 3 days working remotely.
