?Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Negotiate renewal tenancy agreements with landlords & tenants including Rent Increases
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly and to a high standard
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including compliance with relevant health and safety and fire safety regulations
- Act as the primary point of contact for all tenants, dealing with enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
?Property Manager Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and Health and Safety regulations
- Experience in lettings management or property management
- Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle
