Our client based in Swindon are looking for someone to cover their reception!
Receptionist Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking and directing calls, possibly through a switchboard
- Signing in visitors
- Completing administrative tasks like filling and delivering mail
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
- Ordering supplies
- Managing an inbox
- Booking and processing orders
Receptionist Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within customer service
- Good IT skills
Receptionist Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday (w/c 30th May)
