Sonic Summary

The LCV Technician position offers a basic salary of £42,448 per annum with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of £50,000 per annum.
The role is full-time and based in Swindon, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, and alternating Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00.
Candidates must have prior experience working on light commercial vehicles and be qualified to Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ standards.
Responsibilities include routine vehicle maintenance, preparing vehicles for MOT inspection, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
Overtime will be compensated at time and a half for hours worked beyond the contracted schedule.

Location: Swindon

A light commercial vehicle technician is required for a full time permanent vacancy. You will need to have prior experience working on vans and any overtime after your contracted hours will be at time and a half.

Responsibilities of a LCV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a LCV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·Light commercial vehicle experience is required
