Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Sales-Focused Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and business development who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain up-to-date records using the CRM system

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or target-driven environment (recruitment experience desirable)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask

  • A passion for building relationships and closing deals

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience not necessary but the ability to sell, confidence in talking to people and problem solving is a must.

Good keyboard skills with good working knowledge of MS Windows, Excel and email
